Workforce program design and implementation

UpSkillr provides program design and implementation services for Government and Philanthropy funded Workforce Development Initiatives. UpSkillr programs are designed to benefit an entire community by creating an “ecosystem of good”.

Our full-cycle programs address the challenges your community is facing. Upskill Programs will: 

 

  • Transform inexperienced or low-skilled individuals into skilled and experienced technology practitioners.
     

  • Provide high-value, pro-bono tech services to local small businesses and nonprofits while program participants gain valuable on-the-job work experience. 

We understand the challenges that workforce leaders face in delivering programs that can increase wages, employment, and digital literacy.
